You know AI could take work off your team's plate. You haven't had the time to work out where, or to set it up properly.

We put AI to work on the few jobs where it clearly helps, set it up around how your team works, and measure the difference.

02Why it matters

Most small businesses have tried an AI tool or two. Few have changed how the work gets done, because the hard part isn't the tool: it's picking the right job, fitting it to how your team works, and checking that it actually helps.

AI Set-Up starts from the AI Check-Up's shortlist. We build each workflow in accounts you own, connect it to the tools you already use, write down how it works, and train the people who'll use it. A person stays in charge of anything that goes to a customer.

Good forBusinesses with a few people and work that repeats: quotes, enquiries, paperwork, notes. If you're on your own with light admin, you may not need this, and we'll say so.

03What we do

One job at a time, with a person checking the result.

The same questions arrive every day, and each reply is written from scratch.

  1. Arrives

    An enquiry arrives

By email or through your website.

  2. AI step

    A draft reply

Written from your own prices, hours and answers to common questions.

  3. A person checks

    A person checks it

Edits anything that's off, and sends it.

  4. Result

    A faster answer

And a reminder if the customer hasn't replied in two days.

04How it goes

What happens, in order.

  1. 01

    Start from the AI Check-Up

The shortlist of jobs worth changing, and your starting numbers.

  2. 02

    Build it

Set up the tools, connect them to the ones you use, and write the rules for what AI may and may not do.

  3. 03

    Try it on real work

With the people who'll use it, and adjust until it fits how they work.

  4. 04

    Train the team

Hands-on, on the workflow they'll actually use.

  5. 05

    Measure again

At 30 and 90 days. Keep what helps, change what doesn't, switch off what isn't worth it.

05What you receive

What you end up holding.

  • Each agreed workflow set up and working, in accounts you own
  • Written rules: what the AI does, what a person checks, and what it must never do
  • A short guide your team can follow
  • Hands-on training for the people who'll use it
  • Your numbers before and after, at 30 and 90 days

06What gets measured

Measured in your own numbers.

We agree what to measure before anything changes, and look again afterwards, so you know whether it helped.

07Questions

Asked and answered, plainly.

Will this replace my staff?

That isn't what we set out to do. We take repetitive work off people's plates, and a person stays in charge of anything that matters.

Which tools do you use?

Usually ones you already pay for, including the AI now built into many email and office apps. We recommend a new tool only when it clearly earns its cost.

What if it doesn't help?

Then we switch it off. We measure before and after, so you'll know rather than guess.
