Privacy notice
Last updated 15 June 2026
This notice explains what information Canadian Branding Atelier Ltd. (“we”, “us”) collects when you use brandingatelier.com, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
If you fill in our contact form, we collect the name, email, business name, and message you send us. If you email us directly, we have whatever you put in that email. We don't ask for anything we don't need.
Why we collect it
To read your message and reply to it. That's it. We don't use your details to advertise to you, and we never sell or rent them.
How it's handled
Your form message is delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider, and the site is hosted by Vercel. These providers process your information only to deliver our service. The site may keep brief server logs for security and reliability.
Cookies and your browser
We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is a small note that you've seen our privacy banner, so it doesn't keep reappearing. If we ever add visitor analytics, we'll update this notice first.
How long we keep it
We keep your message as long as we need it to help you, and as long as the law requires. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we're required to keep it.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@brandingatelier.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, we'll update the date above. The current version always lives at brandingatelier.com/privacy.
