What size business is this for?
Established small and medium-sized businesses with a small team and work that repeats: enquiries, quotes, follow-ups, notes, reports. If you're on your own with light admin, you probably don't need it yet; the free AI self-check or a 20-minute call is a better start.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Everything is explained in plain words, and the report is written for the people who run the business, not for developers.
Do I need to know which AI tools I want?
No. Most people don't, and working that out is part of the Check-Up. We start from the work, not from a tool.
Will you recommend ChatGPT?
Only if it's the right fit. We start with what you already pay for, because many email and office tools now include AI, and recommend something new only when it clearly earns its cost.
Will AI replace my employees?
That isn't what we set out to do. The Check-Up looks for repetitive work to take off people's plates, and every recommendation keeps a person in charge of anything that matters.
What happens if AI isn't useful for my business?
Then the report says so, and why. You still get the review of how the work flows, the tools you already have and what's worth tidying up. We won't invent opportunities to fill a page. The fee is the same either way: you're paying for an honest look, not a particular answer.
Is implementation included?
No. Setting up the chosen workflows is AI Set-Up, a separate piece of work priced before it starts. Buying the Check-Up doesn't commit you to it: the findings are yours to act on yourselves, with someone else, or with us.
How do you handle sensitive business information?
We ask for as little as we need, and you decide what we see. Where examples help, customer details can be removed first, or we can look at them together on a call. The usage guidelines we write cover how your team handles business and customer information with AI tools. Legal and privacy questions, including what the law requires of your business, should be reviewed with your own legal advisor.
What do I actually receive at the end?
A written report in plain language: how the work flows today, a review of your current tools, a ranked map of the AI opportunities worth considering and the ones to leave alone, tool recommendations, usage guidelines for your team and a 90-day roadmap. Then a walkthrough session to go through it. It's yours to keep.
How long does it take?
About one to two weeks from booking to the walkthrough. Most of that depends on how quickly we can talk to the people who do the work.
